You can only steal things that you can move, because if you steal something, you take it away from the place or person it belongs to.就是说如果你说steal什么，那就是你把什么偷走了。所以如果是steal a bank，就是你用工具把墙敲掉，把银行整个搬走。
If you talk about the place that people steal things from,you can use a different verb.就是rob
